We started because a client was charged twice for the same filing
A friend paid a consultant ₹18,000 to incorporate a private limited company, then paid ₹9,000 again three months later for a form the same consultant had forgotten to file. Nobody had told them the form existed. That is the entire problem with this industry — not fraud, just an information gap that the seller has no reason to close.
Vyapaar Setu Advisory Private Limited was set up in 2019 by a Company Secretary and a Chartered Accountant who had both spent years inside larger firms watching that gap get exploited. The idea is unglamorous: publish the fees, publish the timelines, publish the deadlines that come after, and let people decide with the same information we have.
