Vyapaar Setu Advisory Private Limited ("we") collects personal information in order to deliver registration, filing and compliance services. - Contact details you submit through an enquiry form: name, mobile number, email, city and the service you are interested in.
- Identity and business documents you share so that we can prepare a filing, such as PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, financial statements and board resolutions.
- Basic usage data such as pages visited and the campaign or referrer that brought you here, used to understand which of our pages are useful.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and quote for the work.
- To prepare, sign and submit filings to the relevant government authority on your instructions.
- To meet our own record-keeping obligations under tax and professional regulations.
- To send service updates about a filing you have engaged us for. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
Documents are shared only with the professional handling your file and, where the filing requires it, with the government portal or authority concerned. We use reputable cloud infrastructure providers for storage and email delivery, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your contact details with other service providers for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data that does not convert into an engagement is deleted within 24 months. Client records connected to a filing are retained for eight years, which is the period we are required to be able to produce them for tax and professional purposes.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to erase data we no longer have a legal obligation to keep.
- Withdraw consent to further contact at any time.
Security
Documents are held in access-controlled cloud storage, transmitted over encrypted connections, and visible only to the professionals assigned to your file. No system is perfect, and we will notify affected clients and the Data Protection Board without undue delay if a breach occurs.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for basic analytics and to remember whether you have already submitted an enquiry. You can block them in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.
