These terms govern your use of this website and any engagement with Vyapaar Setu Advisory Private Limited. By submitting an enquiry or engaging us for a service, you agree to them.
What we are
Vyapaar Setu Advisory Private Limited is a private consultancy that prepares and files applications with government authorities on behalf of clients. We are not a government body, and we are not affiliated with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Goods and Services Tax Network, the Trade Marks Registry or any other department.
Filings requiring certification by a practising professional are signed by a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary or advocate on our panel, in their individual professional capacity.
Scope of engagement
Each engagement covers the specific service quoted to you in writing. Anything outside that scope — additional forms, extra classes, additional states, or a backlog of past filings — is quoted separately before it is undertaken.
Fees
- Our quoted fee is a professional fee. Government fees, stamp duty, notary, franking and digital signature token costs are payable in addition, at actuals.
- Fifty per cent of the professional fee is payable to commence work and the balance on issue of the certificate or registration, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Government fees are payable in advance, since they must be paid to the authority before a filing is accepted.
- All fees attract GST at the applicable rate.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and genuine documents. We rely on what you give us and are not liable for consequences arising from incorrect or forged documents.
- Respond to requests for information within the statutory deadlines applicable to your filing.
- Inform us promptly of any change in facts that affects a pending application.
Outcomes we cannot guarantee
Approval of any application rests with the relevant authority. We do not and cannot guarantee that a name will be approved, a trademark registered, a licence granted, or a timeline met, because none of those decisions are ours. What we commit to is competent preparation, timely filing, and a proper response to any objection raised.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the professional fee paid to us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
