Overview
Every company must file annual returns even if it did nothing all year. Late filing carries a penalty of ₹100 per day per form with no upper limit, and directors of a company that misses filings for two consecutive years are disqualified for five years under section 164(2).
We handle the whole annual cycle: board and general meeting minutes, director disclosures, financial statement filing in AOC-4, annual return in MGT-7 or MGT-7A, DIR-3 KYC for each director, and the DPT-3 and MSME-1 returns where they apply.

Questions about annual roc compliance
01My company had no transactions. Do I still file?
Yes. A dormant company still files AOC-4 and MGT-7. The penalty for not filing is identical whether or not you traded.
02What happens if I have already missed a few years?
We can bring the filings up to date with additional fees, and in some cases apply for the Companies Fresh Start route if a scheme is open. Tell us how many years are outstanding and we will quote the actual number.
Tell us what the business does. We will tell you what it needs.
