Companies bringing in a new director or processing a resignation
Overview
Appointments and resignations must be filed in Form DIR-12 within 30 days. A resigning director should also file DIR-11 themselves, because until the company files DIR-12 they remain on record and remain exposed to liability.
A new director needs a DIN and a digital signature. If they have neither, we arrange both as part of the work.
