Companies relocating premises or moving to a new state
Overview
Moving within the same city needs only INC-22. Moving to a different Registrar's jurisdiction needs a special resolution and MGT-14. Moving to another state needs Regional Director approval in Form INC-23, newspaper advertisement, and notice to creditors — which is why the timeline stretches to months.
We tell you upfront which of the three you are in, and what it actually costs, before you sign the new lease.
